Don’t walk, Stride! We are getting our city workers away from their desks with our unique walking course. We combine effective yoga, pilates and mindfulness techniques to something we do every day – walking!

The benefits of a 30 minute lunch time walk will last all afternoon, boosting performance, productivity and creativity in the workplace. When you’re busy in all areas of your life, stepping away from your desk to energise, re-charge and re-focus gives you that YOU time that is so important to your mental and physical wellbeing.

We believe that with Stride, everyone can feel better than ever!

Who to look for: You will see the group gathered at the meet points mentioned above, if you’re a little late do not worry we will wait for you! On your first session Karen (wearing Stride branded kit) will introduce herself to you, and you to the rest of the group. There will be a chance to chat through any questions you have, and during the session Karen will make time to talk to you on a 1-2-1 basis about what you would like to achieve from the sessions so that she can best support you with your own individual needs.

What to bring:
A water bottle and light layers are ideal – easy to add/remove as required.
