Don’t walk, Stride! Based in areas in and around Thame Chase, Upminster our unique walking course combines effective yoga, pilates and mindfulness techniques to something we do every day – walking!

Whether you are looking for a sociable walking group, an outlet for escape or to re-charge, to learn more about mindful living or gain support with a personal goal – our weekly walking sessions will be tailored to your needs and abilities.

Who to look for: 
You will see the group gathered at the meet points mentioned above, if you’re a little late do not worry we will wait for you! On your first session Tracy (wearing Stride branded kit) will introduce herself to you, and you to the rest of the group. There will be a chance to chat through any questions you have, and during the session Tracy will make time to talk to you on a 1-2-1 basis about what you would like to achieve from the sessions so that she can best support you with your own individual needs.


What to bring:
A water bottle and light layers are ideal – easy to add/remove as required.
