Stride: Plies and Swan Arms
It is difficult to balance especially if you have high or flat foot arches – do your best – be kind and gentle. Focus on something stable in the minds eye or in view
Plies – Work the thighs and buttocks! good posture.
(a) feet hips distance bend knees towards toes
(b) wide Plies Swan arms – 2 directions, then lastly hold plie positions and add swan arms x 2
Complete these 2-3 a week – notice how your stability improves and your foot placement, cylinder & uppers body toning
