Our experience days are the perfect introduction to Stride; A walking course effective in applying gentle yoga, pilates and mindfulness techniques to improve posture, creativity and agility of body and mind.

Suitable for all ages and abilities, Stride requires no previous fitness level so whether you come as an individual, or to represent a company looking to implement a workplace wellbeing programme, we’d love to welcome you along.

Set to the backdrop of the charming Chelmsford countryside, you will enjoy an exciting agenda to showcase the benefits of Stride alongside a delicious 2-course meal in the restaurant of the stunning Greenwoods Hotel…

10am: “Elements of Stride Session”  1hr
Introducing you to yoga, pilates & mindfulness for great posture and breath for peace of mind

Break for water

11.30am: “Stride Technique session” 1 hr
How to move well for the best creativity and performance

12.30 – 2.00pm
2-Course Lunch

2.00pm: “Stride Strength session” 1 hr
Developing integrity & resilience, reinforcing values and agility of mind

Coffee, Round up and chat about opportunities with Stride
