Our experience days are the perfect introduction to Stride; A walking course effective in applying gentle yoga, pilates and mindfulness techniques to improve posture, creativity and agility of body and mind.
Suitable for all ages and abilities, Stride requires no previous fitness level so whether you come as an individual, as a prospective coach, or to represent a company looking to implement a workplace wellbeing programme, we’d love to welcome you along!
Set to the backdrop of countryside views, you will enjoy an exciting agenda to showcase the benefits of Stride alongside a delicious 2-course meal in our chosen restaurant. A sample itinerary can be seen below:

11.30am: “Stride Technique session” 1 hr
How to move well for the best creativity and performance
12.30 – 2.00pm
2.00pm: “Stride Strength session” 1 hr
Developing integrity & resilience, reinforcing values and agility of mind
Coffee, Round up and chat about opportunities with Stride
